Who built this

Sondra Hathaway, a behavior engineer, created My Wedding Dashboard. Her work centers on how people make choices under pressure: what information they need, how they compare options, and what helps them follow through after the decision is made.

The product grew out of a real family moment. Sondra's daughter was getting married and kept running into the same wall: too many vendors, too many spreadsheets, and no single place that showed what mattered next or who owned each task. Decisions stalled. Budget numbers lived in one tab while guest meals lived in another. Everyone meant well, but the plan was hard to see at once.

Why we built it

Yes, most wedding tools help you list tasks. Fewer tools help you decide with confidence and keep partners, parents, and vendors aligned afterward.

My Wedding Dashboard exists so couples can compare finalists side by side, score what matters to them, track quotes and payments in one budget view, and split partner to-dos without overwriting each other's work. Features like Nudge me, the comparison matrix, and optional budget and vendor sync came directly from watching decision fatigue in a real wedding, not from a generic project-management template.

The goal is simple: reduce the mental load of planning a wedding so you can enjoy the season leading up to it.

How we work

My Wedding Dashboard is a focused, independent product. Sondra leads product direction, UX, and the behavior-design logic behind the planner. Engineering, hosting, and specialized implementation support come from trusted collaborators as needed, which keeps the product small, responsive, and close to what couples actually ask for.

We listen to couples and planners who use the dashboard daily. That feedback shapes what ships next: clearer comparison flows, stronger collaboration, and calmer budget visibility.
