Your people, perfectly coordinated

From your maid of honor's gown to your groomsmen's arrival time, keep everyone on the same page without the group chat chaos.

The people you love, perfectly coordinated.

Your maid of honor is wearing the champagne gown. Your groomsmen need to be there by two. Your flower girl has her own little moment that you want to make sure goes off without a hitch. Getting everyone in your wedding party on the same page sounds simple until you're managing six group chats, a missed text, and a bridesmaid who still has the wrong dress color saved.

Your Wedding Party section keeps everyone together in one place. Add each person, note their role and what they're wearing, and keep anything else you want to remember about their part in your day. When you've locked in the bridesmaid dress or confirmed arrivals with your groomsmen, you can send each person their details in one click directly from your planner.

A few ways to make your wedding party feel celebrated, not just coordinated

  • Keep notes on the person, not just the logistics. Your maid of honor has been by your side for fifteen years. Make a note of that, too.
  • Use email when it matters. When the rehearsal schedule is finalized or the dress details change, send each person their update directly from your planner so nothing gets lost in a thread.
  • Add everyone who has a role. Flower girl, ring bearer, family members walking down the aisle, readers. They all deserve a spot.

Wedding party questions

Your people

Can I add my flower girl and ring bearer too?
Absolutely. Add anyone who has a role in your wedding: flower girls, ring bearers, family members walking the aisle, readers, and anyone else in your party. Everyone gets their own spot with whatever details you want to keep track of.
How do I make sure everyone has the right attire details?
Add attire to each person's entry, whether that's your maid of honor's gown details or the groomsmen's boutonniere color. When you're ready to share, use the Email action to send each person their specific details already written out for them. No copying and pasting into new drafts.
My maid of honor lives in another state. Can she access this?
If you add her as a view-only user or editor collaborator, she can access your planner directly. Otherwise, use the email action to keep her updated on her own details whenever something changes.
