My Wedding Dashboard includes a place for you to plan and schedule everything. You can create a schedule for a bridal shower, an engagement party, or a girls' brunch, it's up to you. When you add dated "festivities" with schedules, these blocks of time will sync with your planner calendar. You can also create checklists for those festivities if you need to plan or delegate tasks.
Hair, makeup, and nails
Plan your beauty timelines: if your party members will attend sessions at the same times you can create a schedule for each. For example: if your MOH is having her nails done while mom has her hair done, a schedule for each beautician is needed.
Music
Build a playlist for a DJ or band, down to the minute. Plus, you can easily pull your ceremony and reception schedule moments into your playlist to coordinate music with memories.

Hair and makeup
- What does the wedding hair and makeup planner include?
- You get two schedule blocks, each with its own title, rows for start and end time in five-minute steps, a Who field tied to the wedding party, and notes for look calls or station assignments. You can add rows, remove rows, email a single row, or email whole schedules, and you can add a hair and makeup time range to the in-app calendar.
- Can I hide the tab if we are not using artists?
- Open Dashboard, then Setup, and under Sections to show you can uncheck Hair And Makeup if your plan does not need a dedicated run of show for beauty.
Music
- What does the wedding music planner include?
- You add one row per cue with ceremony or reception schedule, moment, start time read from your schedules, song, artist or version, and notes.
- Does this play or stream my playlist?
- No. It is a planning and communication layer in your browser. You can still use your preferred streaming or DJ tools while this tab keeps your cue list and timing aligned.
