Calendar tab

Every important date, beautifully organized

Dates and tasks with multiple views plus Google calendar integration.

From engaged to married, every step mapped out.

Your calendar pulls together everything in your planner with a deadline date. When you visit the Calendar page you can sort and filter dated tasks and events, see at-a-glance partner to-dos, and more.

Each dated item in your calendar is hyperlinked to where it lives in the planner. If you need to edit anything, you can get there with a simple click.

Switch views to “Table” to scan an all-encompassing task list where you can check-off items. Everything syncs across checklists.

When you connect Google Calendar, your planner's dated items will appear both MWD and in Google, making it easy and quick to edit. You also have options to connect to Outlook or Apple calendars.

Wedding planning calendar FAQ

Calendar sync and planning

Can I connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar?
Yes. Your planner Calendar syncs automatically with your wedding Google Calendar. You can also connect Outlook or Apple calendars so dated tasks and events stay aligned across the tools you already use.
Do wedding planning tasks and dates sync to the internal calendar?
Yes. When you add or update dates on task lists throughout the planner (caterer tastings, Save The Date deadlines, rehearsal dinner rows, and more), those items flow into the Calendar tab automatically or when you choose to sync them. The same dated items can appear on your connected Google, Outlook, or Apple calendars so you always see what is coming up.

Countdown

How does the wedding countdown widget work?
Set your wedding date in Setup. The Dashboard tab shows countdown style messaging toward that date, while the Calendar tab focuses on everything dated around it.
Does the wedding planner app show a countdown to the wedding day?
It does! The countdown widget sits front and center on your Dashboard, showing exactly how many days are left until the big day, a great motivator when your to-do list feels long.
